Homebrew Beer Ingredient Kit

These complete home-brew kits are an easy introduction to a delicious home-made beer. Each homebrew kit makes 5 gallons, and comes with the following ingredients: Briess CBW® Dry Malt Extract (DME), Crushed Steeping Grains, Steeping Bag, Amylase Enzyme, Hops, Dry Yeast, Priming Sugar, Brewing Instructions, and Recipe Instructions.

American Pale Ale - Crafted in the image of British pale ale, this blend uses American hops and yeast strains. British pale tends to be brewed with a small amount of caramel malt and a small percentage of sugar adjunct, whereas American pale is all-malt but paler still. This combination gives American pale a bright flavor, an assertive bitterness, and a crisp dry finish.

American IPA - A brasher and bolder blend than British IPA, this recipe is not as malty or bitter or excessively aromatic as some, but is a classic example of American IPA nonetheless and consistently does well in competition.

American Amber Ale - A hearty, full flavored beer with a perfect balance between the malt and hops. An extra dose of caramel malts to provide the sweetness, greater hop character to balances it, and a nice toasty malt finish leaves you wanting more. This beer pairs well with rich and spicy foods, and won’t leave a bitter taste in your mouth.
