Houroku- Hand Coffee Bean Roaster

The Houroku (焙烙) ceramic pot is perfect for making your own roasted coffee beans or freshly-roasted green tea (hojicha) at home.Freshly-roasted coffee beans or green tea leaves have many aromatic compounds which are lost in storage and transit. By roasting at home, you can fill your house with the incredible caramelizing smells and enjoy all the flavor right after roasting.

The handle is hollow and serves as an easy serving spout to pour out your freshly roast without spilling.
