Stainless Steel Skimmer - The slotted design lets whey drain from the curds, as they are scooped out of the pot, and placed into draining cloth or cheese molds. This skimmer can also be used to mix ingredients into milk and stir curds while heating. Available in 4.5” and 6”.

Stainless Steel Colander - This stainless steel colander is perfect for draining curds. It’s sturdy handles allow it to be stacked atop a larger bowl to keep the cheese warm during the draining process. Available in 8qt.

Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl - With a large, wide rim, this bowl is easy to hold and handle during use, and is the perfect size to mix your herbs and/or seasonings into the curd before molding or pressing. Available in 8qt.
