Assistant Cheesemaker Jenny Mackenzie has worked across the country in Maine, San Diego and the Bay Area exploring the dairy world of cows, goats and sheep. Having worked in Animal Husbandry and as both a Cheesemonger and Cheesemaker, Jenny has taken her expertise to Tomales Farmstead Creamery of Toluma Farms where they specialize in an aged creamy goat cheese. Join Jenny of Tomales Farmstead Creamery for her workshops in Basic Cheesemaking and Cheese Appreciation. And that's why I've turned this passion project of mind into creative workshops that I can share with people of all ages, specifically to those who don't have the time or allow themselves to play. When you dye these fabrics alone, its meditative. When done with others, it's uplifting. The more you play, the cooler the results. Failure doesn't exist. Every piece I've seen has been beautiful, and there's so many more to make.
