Join Tomales Farmstead Creamery cheesemaker Jenny Mackenzie for an introduction to Home Cheesemaking. This course invites students to participate in making a cow and goat milk cheese blend, with enough to bring some home. Learn the history, taste from some local cheeses, and leave with the skills required to start your own cheesemaking journey.
