Karen will speak on the basics of fermentation , the rich cultural history of fermentation and the many health benefits derived from fermenting foods and beverages
Karen's innovative and exciting recipes for fermented Salsa, Fermented Fruit and even fermented Cocktails will be demonstrated and tasted
Students will be provided with a wide-mouth mason jar and ingredients to prepare and take home a recipe.
(Optional Kraut Source units will be available at very special workshop pricing for those interested )
